On Jackson Street: Covid Safe Plan

We take Covid safety very seriously. Please assist us in being transparent, sensible and understanding, and we will do the same for you! As one half of On Jackson Street is immunocompromised, we understand how integral it is to follow these rules to protect vulnerable members of our community. If there is anything we have missed that you would like us to take in to consideration while shooting, we will be happy to oblige.

Vaccination status

We are both fully vaccinated and have digital certificates of proof that we can show you when working onsite. We plan to get booster shots when they become available to us.
We require all clients to be fully vaccinated and you will need to provide proof. This can be done in person, but if you send any documentation to us digitally, we will delete it after viewing.


checking in

We will check in at venues and where any Victoria Services QR code is available for scanning. In the event that we are at a listed exposure site or are contacted by DHHS, we will contact any clients we have had contact with in the past 14 days to notify them, as well as update them after we are tested. We know the anxiety this experience can cause and will make sure we are keeping all parties involved in the loop.
If there is not a check in at your venue, we will not be able to work onsite and failure to notify us of this may result in losing your deposit.


distancing + hygiene

We will keep 1.5 metres distance from clients where possible.
We will wear face masks at all times while the mandates require it, and will continue to do so with any clients that request, regardless of rules in place.
We will use hand sanitiser and wash our hands on site if possible.
All equipment is cleaned between jobs and clients are no longer allowed to touch any equipment, including the cameras, while we are onsite.


Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

If either of us are feeling unwell, we will get a Covid test, self isolate until we receive results, and reschedule our shoot or another photographer will be recommended in cases where rescheduling is not feasible.
If we are recognised as close contacts or Covid positive, the above will apply and the job will be paused or rescheduled for a future date.
Our cancellation policy will not apply where Covid safety is required. If you are a client of ours and need to cancel or reschedule last minute due to sickness or self-isolation, we will honour your booking and arrange a new suitable time to work together. We thank you for doing your part in protecting the community, and will be as flexible as possible with plans to assist you.


Where density limits apply, you can request only Tatanja works onsite. We are also happy to accommodate these requests for homes and small spaces where people would be more comfortable with only one person working.
